Located only 150 metres from the sea in the most sought after area of Kalamar Bay, the views from Villa Manzara are spectacular. It is a 4 bedroom home with 2 lounges. Additionally, there are 2 dining terraces, giving you the freedom to choose how and where you would like your group to dine. There are also relaxed seating areas both on the roof terrace, and in a shaded area by the pool. It is very spacious.

The villa is of exceptional quality with travertine marble terraces, private pool with large sunbathing area, contemporary furnishings and high quality appliances. The views are stunning from every floor, window and balcony of the villa and with less than a 5 min walk from the front door to the sea, you will struggle to decide whether to dive in, or hop on a jet ski. If you are keen on nature and fancy rambling, the villa is by the Lycian Way which provides miles of picturesque walking trails.

Our villa is maintained by an English/Turkish company, who keep our home in perfect condition. Our pool man comes twice a day to ensure the sun umbrellas are up and the pool area is exactly how you would expect it. We provide a Turkish mobile phone with all useful telephone numbers for our agent, taxis, restaurants, gulet cruises as well as the doctor and the dentist. The villa has full wifi.

INSIDE AT VILLA MANZARA: The villa is set out over 4 floors:

POOL LEVEL: Lounge with full size double sofa bed, 2 chairs, 42in flat screen TV, satellite, DVD & table football. Patio doors with direct access to the pool. Large double bedroom with patio doors, giving direct access to the pool area with shaded seating outside. Adjacent shower room. Shower room with enclosed shower cubicle, sink and wc. Utility areas housing washing machine, clothes line, iron and board, vacuum cleaner and safe.

ENTRANCE LEVEL: Main entrance door to the villa. Hallway Lounge with two large comfy sofas, speaker, books, backgammon and binoculars to look at the stunning views out to sea from the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with marble worktops. Two separate patio doors leading to the 2 dining terraces and bbq. WC

FIRST FLOOR: Master bedroom with side picture window and patio doors leading to balcony with stunning sea views. En-suite shower room with sink and wc. Twin bedroom with front picture window overlooking the sea and side patio doors leading to balcony. Travertine marble bathroom with bath, overhead shower, sink and wc.

SECOND FLOOR: King size bedroom with double patio doors with direct access to large roof terrace and stunning panoramic views. En-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet

OUTSIDE AT VILLA MANZARA: There are so many different areas outside at Villa Manzara. Everyone can have a space to call their own. The terraced garden areas are filled with fruit trees, beautiful Mediterranean plants and bougainvillea. The spacious private pool terrace has 6 sun-loungers, parasols, 2 large outdoor bean bags, side tables and a hammock. There is also a relaxed seating area with a sofa, chairs and table in the shade. The two dining terraces give you flexible dining options to suit your group. The BBQ terrace, with local stone built BBQ, has a low Turkish style seating area. The large roof terrace has Turkish style seating across two of the corners, making for a great after dinner social area while watching the sunset or even the shooting stars! If that is not enough, you can always retire to your own balcony and watch the gulets out at sea.

VILLA MANZARA LOCATION: The sea and beach clubs are less than 5 mins walk from Villa Manzara. Few villas in the whole of Kalkan give the opportunity to take a dip first thing in the morning when the sea is usually like a millpond. The local beach clubs are the well known Kalamar Beach Club with scuba diving, jet skis, water skiing, in water trampoline, canoes etc, or the relaxing adult only Kulube Hotel Beach Club. The area also has many excellent restaurants and several small supermarkets. Villa Manzara is on is a cul-de-sac in Kalamar Bay and as such makes for a very peaceful location. The centre of Kalkan is 5 min by car, taxi or local dolmus bus. However, locally there are some really fabulous restaurants. As well as the local beach and beach clubs the famous 18km Patara Beach is a 10 min drive away. Kaputas Beach, equally famous is also a 10 min drive. Both beaches and the local town of Kas, and Fethiye farther afield can be reached by bus, taxi or car.

SPECIAL INTEREST HOLIDAYS: Kalkan and the surrounding areas have an abundance of ancient historical sites such as Xanthos and Patara. It is an ideal place to come to for walking/hiking holidays (all walks on the Lycian Way are clearly marked). The gorge at Saklikent provides another area for walking, river tubing or rafting. For those who love a real adventure, there is paragliding from the top of the mountain in Kas, and as well as mountain biking and quad biking nearby. The villages surrounding Kalkan are well worth a visit. Some local villages also have wonderful restaurants with locally cooked specialities. They have stunning views across both Kalkan and Patara. There really is no better place to dine and watch the sunset!

MOST IMPORTANTLY, this is our home. We are not part of a large company. Our interest is in ensuring you have everything at your disposal as we have when we are there. We love Kalkan and adore Villa Manzara. We want you to come to love our home as much as we do.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
