Important Guest Notes: Check-in time is after 16:00 and before 10:00 at check-in time in all our villas. Pool and garden maintenance of our villa is carried out by our responsible friends every other day. Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, first entrance cleaning to the villa are included in the price. Services such as extra cleaning request, bed linen change, transportation, car rental, etc. are not included in the price.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and 8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
