Villa Pelit, located in Kalkan Ulugöl, Kaş and has just been completed. Villa Pelit has a magnificent sea and nature view. Villa Pelit has been designed with a completely modern architectural look. Extremely luxurious items were used in interior furniture and decoration. The villa has 2 indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Jacuzzi system is also integrated in the indoor pool. The design of the swimming pool has a simple and modern retro touch. The pool terrace is large and there is also a barbecue area.

Important Guest Notes: Check-in time is after 16:00 and before 10:00 at check-in time in all our villas. Pool and garden maintenance of our villa is carried out by our responsible friends every other day. Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, first entrance cleaning to the villa are included in the price. Services such as extra cleaning request, bed linen change, transportation, car rental, etc. are not included in the price. 

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
