Stunning Villa Primavera
Villa Primavera is built in 2017, luxuriously appointed with stunning sea and mountain views. Designed over 3 floors with 2 double + 2 twin bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms. There are 2 WCs, one on the entrance floor and another on the ground floor.
A large open plan fully equipped kitchen leads to the pool terrace, fabulous for alfresco meals and a cool drink before dinner. The delightful lounge is next to the kitchen to take full advantage of the beautiful harbour view, is spacious, light and perfect for the times you simply want to sit and relax.
On the top floor you will find 2 spacious bedrooms with their own balcony and a great view of Mouse and Snake islands, Kalkan harbour and the village. Master bedroom has its own jacuzzi next to the bed. On the lower floor our other 2 bedrooms are located. These 2 bedrooms also have their own bathrooms and gardens with a casual sitting group or tables & chairs. The lower floor has a games area with pool table and a cinema room. Also we have laundry and other separate WC on this floor.
Walking from the large patio doors of the living room to the pool terrace, you will find a landscaped garden boasting 8 sun loungers and large dining table and chairs. We have a jacuzzi feature in the beautiful pool and a seperate shallow pool which can be used as a children’s pool or sun loungers pool. There is a barbecue. The villa entrance is at the rear of the building where you can find our table tennis and gym. There is private parking for 2 cars plus on road parking. The villa has security cameras, alarm system and a video call system at the entrance and car park.
Rentals Terms
A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
