Villa Queen is a welcome addition to our programme as it’s in a sought after location, less than 8 minutes’ walk to the centre of Kalkan town and is also close to the Likya Residence and Regency Hotels.

Built by one of Kalkan’s top developers, the villa has three bedrooms (all with en-suite facilities) and a pool for sole use.

The villa is laid out as follows:

Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area includes flat-screen satellite TV and DVD player.

One twin bedroom with en-suite facilities.

Access to pool terrace.

Cloakroom.

Two double bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities and spacious balcony with stunning sea views. One of the bedrooms on this floor features an attractive vaulted ceiling.

The villa has its own infinity-edged pool (approximately 35 square metres) plus sun terrace with ample sun-loungers and parasols. An shaded al-fresco dining area is also provided.

The villa is in an enviable location as Kalkan town centre is an approximate 8 minute walk away. The ever popular Yali Beach Club is also within close proximity.

A weekly clean and linen change is carried out (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided – if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
