We are delighted to offer these 2-bedroom apartments in the prestigious Komurluk area of Kalkan (to the east of the harbour and old town), just 150 metres back from the coastline.

The walk to Kalkan’s the harbour area (with its array of quality restaurants) will take approximately 10 -12 minutes. Alternatively, you can access the harbour via water taxi from nearby Zest, Denizim or Palm beach clubs. These beach clubs offer direct access to the sea via a spacious sundecks (Zest also has a large pool too). Sun loungers and parasols are available for hire and the beach clubs also have an excellent restaurant facilities.

Each of the 6 apartments offer great views over Kalkan bay. There are two blocks, each housing three apartments. Each block has its own infinity pool and terrace area which is furnished with sun-loungers and parasols. In addition, there is a BBQ area at each block (set within the gardens) featuring a shaded pergola.

The apartments feature floor to ceiling windows and glass frontages that make the most of the sea views from every angle. The views can even be enjoyed from the shower rooms! The glass used within each apartment provides privacy as those outside cannot see into the living spaces during the day time.

Block one houses apartments Oceana (ground floor), Merelle (first floor) and Okyanus (second floor). Block two houses apartments Samundra (ground floor), Tenger (first floor) and Lautan (second floor).

Each apartment is set out as follows:
Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area has satellite TV and DVD player and the kitchen is equipped with cooker, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and large fridge-freezer.
Two bedrooms (one double and one twin). The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the double has an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom is also equipped with a flat screen TV. The twin bedroom can also be configured as a double if required.
A separate WC is situated next to living area.
The apartments have spacious balconies or terraces with views over the pool area and across Kalkan Bay.
Each apartment is pretty much identical in terms of layout and decor but there may be slight variations in the colours used and the furnishings
