From its private infinity pool, pool jacuzzi, roof top jacuzzi, to its high tech amenities such as a flat-screen TV with Digiturk digital package and Ipod/Iphone docking station, the villa as all the luxurious features to make your holiday a truly spectacular one.

Exterior

As well as a private infinity pool, private jacuzzi and childrens’ pool, Villa Tlos I has a spacious outdoor area. There is a large pool terrace, al-fresco dining area and balconies which are all furnished and enjoy breathtaking sea views out to Kalamar bay and the islands. The rear garden provides a traquil and relaxing area.

The villa is equipped with CCTV cameras as well as infra-reds to ensure maximum security at all times.

Ground Floor

A spacious open plan lounge and kitchen area as well as as a separate dining area, and cloakroom with wc.

Sliding doors open out to the exterior lounge with comfortable garden sofas and al-fresco dining area; all under the shade of the pergola.

Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

There is also a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron/ironing board.

First Floor

Master double bedroom with a separate dressing room and en-suite bathroom with separate shower, dual sinks and jacuzzi bath. Private balcony with sea views.

Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom – wet room style shower. Private balcony with sea views.

Second Floor (Roof Level)

Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing area. Doors lead out to the private roof terrace with outdoor seating and jacuzzi bath.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
