Fantastic 5 bedroom villa just off the Kalamar Road.

The villa is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

This level comprises an open plan living area with L-shaped sofa and flat-screen TV plus a large fully-fitted kitchen together with a dining area to seat 10 guests.

A twin bedroom can also be found on this level – this bedroom has access to the pool terrace via sliding doors and it also has an en-suite shower room

.A guest WC is located on this floor and this also houses a washing machine.

First Floor:

The floor has two double bedrooms – the first of these has an en-suite shower room and its own balcony with two chairs and a small table.

The second bedroom has an en-suite shower room plus a bath. Again, this bedroom has its own balcony with two chairs and small table.

Second Floor:

The second floor also has two double bedrooms with a similar layout to those on the first floor – one has an en-suite shower room and own balcony with two chairs and small table.

The second bedroom has an en-suite shower room plus a bath. Again, this bedroom has its own balcony with two chairs and small table.

On the landing there is a door leading out onto a roof terrace that’s furnished with large pink cushions for seating. This terrace can also be accessed from the second bedroom on this floor.

Outside the villa:

The villa has an attractively-shaped pool, plus a Jacuzzi – the terrace is furnished with 10 sunloungers and 5 parasols.

An al-fresco dining area is provided to seat 10 guests, together with a BBQ.

Points to note:

  • The internal staircases within the villa are open-tread without railings, therefore, they are not suitable for children
  • Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
  • Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change provided)
  • The pool and garden areas are tended to daily
  • The villa has a safe
  • WiFi internet service is provided
  • Pool heating is possible at this property – extra costs apply (please ask for details at the time of booking). Pool heating must be booked at least 7 days in advance of arrival
