Villa Buse is a spacious 6 bedroom villa with private infinity swimming pool in central Kalkan with plenty of outside space for relaxation and entertaining. The property is a compelling marriage of contemporary interiors with open sea views from the generous pool terrace and many areas of the villa. The villa is well equipped with table tennis, a pool table and running machine in the recreation room. Outside space, so important on a Kalkan holiday is particularly good here and nicely furnished for alfresco dining and relaxing. The location is convenient for Kalkan’s vibrant old town dining scene, shopping and the beach at approximately a 12-15 minute walk away.

Lower ground floor
Villa Buse has its own recreational room which is accessible from the front of the property (not directly accessible from the main building) and includes table tennis, a pool table, cross trainer & table football.
Pool terrace/living area
The large open plan living area comprises of a fully equipped kitchen that features an island with a hob, a washing machine, a dining area seating 10 guests, along with a breakfast bar and a living area with a large L- shaped Sofa, two stand alone stylish lounge chairs, and a mounted TV. There is direct access to the pool terrace from the living area through sliding floor to ceiling glass doors. The sauna, hammam and a WC are also located on this floor.
First floor
Bedroom one is a double bedroom with en-suite wet room, a wardrobe, a vanity table, TV and a balcony with sea views.  Bedroom two is a double bedroom with en-suite wet room, a wardrobe, vanity table, TV and balcony with sea views. Bedroom three is a double bedroom with an en-suite wet room, a wardrobe, a vanity table, TV and sea views. Bedroom four is a twin bedroom with en-suite wet room, a vanity table, TV and a french balcony with partial sea views.
Second floor
Bedroom four is a double bedroom with en-suite wet room and a vanity table and sea views. Bedroom five is a twin bedroom with en-suite wet room as well as a vanity table and sea views. Both rooms have access to a shared balcony that offers 2 additional sun loungers, and an outdoor seating area for added comfort.
Outdoor area
Approximately 35 steps lead guests up to the pool terrace where there are several different outdoor areas for relaxing including a large corner sofa, 6 sun loungers, 3 raised daybeds and a hammock for ultimate relaxation. The al-fresco seating area can be found in a central location on the pool terrace and offers seating for up to 12 guests. Villa Buse also offers panoramic sea views and a large infinity pool with measurements of approximately 10m x 4m (depth 1.5m). The swimming pool has a large Jacuzzi area with seating. There is also an outdoor BBQ, and 12 x swimming pool towels are provided.
