Villa Buse Duo, which reveals the unique sea view of Kalkan, offers you a unique holiday experience with its spacious living area, modern design and comfortable rooms. Villa Buse Duo, which has 5 ensuit bedrooms all overlooking the sea view, is designed with the comfort of crowded families and groups of friends. The villa where you will definitely feel the quality and comfort.  The interior and exterior architecture, the size of the living space, the elegance of the first class materials and materials used will make you feel very special.  Thanks to the central location of the villa, it is easily accessible to restaurants, markets, city center and various activities.

BEDROOMS

1. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table and bathroom-WC.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double king size bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table and bathroom-WC.

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, make-up table, wardrobe, bedside table and bathroom-WC.

4. Bedroom: There is 1 double king size bed, LCD TV, private jacuzzi, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe and bathroom-WC.

5th Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe and bathroom-WC.

All bedrooms have air conditioning and a balcony with sea view.

Pool: There is a jet stream system pool and a children’s pool. Pool dimensions 10.5 m. x 4.5 m. The depth is 1.5 m. Garden and pool maintenance is carried out once a day by the staff.

Garden: There is a pool, barbecue, sun loungers, umbrella and dining table in the garden of the villa.

Game Room: There are billiards, table football, air hockey, treadmill and exercise bike.

Kitchen: In the kitchen designed in the style of American kitchen, microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-stove hob, electric kettle kettle, toaster, toaster, pots and pans set, 12-person dinner. set, spoon and fork set and glasses.

– There is a free wi-fi connection throughout the villa.

– The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean way. Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned. Garden-pool maintenance and cleaning is done every day of the week. There are clean bedding sets and towel sets in the bedrooms.

– Electricity, water, gas, internet fees are included in the prices and there is no additional charge for these uses. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cook etc. services are not included in the prices and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our relevant personnel.
