The ground floor has a large bright living room with two sofas, Smart TV and leads into the kitchen/Dining area. The newly renovated fully equipped kitchen has plenty of work top space and all the mod cons you could desire and is next to the dining area with expandable table seating up to 8 people. The kitchen area has floor to ceiling glass walls offering fabulous views of the Mediterranean and if you like eating outside, there is a marble table under a pergola offering shade from the hot Kalkan sun.
