Villa Coast is a one-bedroom, honeymoon villa with jacuzzi, built in 2019 and fully decorated with modern furniture. From the bedroom and the living room you can enjoy views of Patara Village and the pool terrace.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of £200 is taken before the entrance to the villa. This damage deposit is returned to you after you exit the villa. The purpose of the damage deposit is to provide a pre-assurance in the name of the villa in case of any damage, fracture-loss, loss and loss.

Entrance and Exit: Each villa, new guests can enter as of 16:00 noon. Our guests departing at 10:00 in the morning should exit. The reason of this watch application is that our special cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our present guest. From 10:00 to the new entrance to be made at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned specifically for our new guest.

Transportation: Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation services cannot be provided. The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport for our guests coming by air, please take this into consideration when buying your tickets. Our guests who ask for paid service for paid transfer or car rental can ask our sales consultants for support. For our future guests via land and their own vehicles, the location sending and directions are requested by us.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses.
