Villa Elegance is a luxury villa truly deserving of it’s name with a light and modern interior and attention to detail that will strike you as soon a you enter. The villa is situated in the serene Kızıltaş area of Kalkan, situated high up with unrivaled sweeping views of the sea.

Villa Elegance, spaced over 4 floors, has an open-plan kitchen and living room overlooking the private outdoor pool, equipped with all of the facilities you could desire. The pool terrace at the front of the villa offers an infinity pool, side garden with children’s play area, sunbathing and seating area. Adjacent to the living room you will discover the most inviting space of this villa, the mini-spa. An indoor pool, Turkish bath and sauna are all available at this property, all with large windows so guests can take in the view as they unwind. The upper floors are home to stylish and generous suites all with sensational sea views. The master suite at the top of the property has two separate bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a jacuzzi. A roof terrace with sunbathing area sits at the front of the master suite and as guests lounge and gaze at the elevated panoramic view they will truly feel like they are in paradise. You will depart from Villa Elegance feeling totally rejuvenated.

Note: The villa is in service for 12 months. The indoor pool is heated and ready to use free of charge (between 1 October and 30 April) (maximum 25-30 degrees).

Note: The deposit fee is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to the guests provided there is no damage found during the final villa check at the end of your stay.

Note: Smoking is  not permitted anywhere inside the villa building.

Note: This villa is situated high up on the hills above the center of Kalkan, with steps leading up to the entrance and is spaced over 4 floors. This villa may not be the best choice for guests who have mobility difficulties. Guests may wish to hire a car or use local taxis services (which are reasonably priced) for travelling into the local town. There is space for parking for guests who choose to hire a car.
