Three of the four bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has two single beds.
Each bedroom has an Air conditioning unit.

Each bedroom have their own en-suite walk in wet rooms with twin shower heads and travertine marble floors. The en-suite Master bedroom has a jacuzzi as well. (There’s another jacuzzi by the pool area ).

The kitchen features all necessary latest equipment by Siemens, all built-in and uncluttered. Large oven, 4 hobs, large fridge/freezer with ice/water and pump from seperate drinking supply, dishwasher, microwave and granite work surfaces.

Linen storage cupboards, washing machine, sink, iron, ironing board, all necessary cleaning products and utensils. Additional high capacity ice maker.

The main living room and kitchen are open plan with three large sliding doors opening to the swimming pool area and terrace. The 55 inch plasma display features a Play Station 3, DVD, and a surround sound system with a small library.

There is an external cold shower adjacent to the barbeque. A jacuzzi right next
to the infinity pool over looking Kalamar Bay. Our villa has a Wi-fi and Nintendo.

All towels and linens are included. All rubbish is collected daily. The villa is deep cleaned once a week and all bed linen is changed at that time. Deliveries of bread / milk and newspapers can easily be arranged for each morning.

Balconies which include wooden tables and cushioned chairs. 1 large Jacuzzi in the pool area. (Also another jacuzzi on the balcony of the Master Bedroom )

ON SALES SIDE: With guaranteed 10 weeks rentals each year, first year no charge on rentals, following years 10 % Fee

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
