Villa Kai (next to Villa Zoe)
The villas are two rooms with balcony with a sea view with a double jacuzzi, a private dressing room, a bathroom, curtains, electric air-conditioning, underfloor heating.
One room is a guest house style garden with a separate entrance, bathroom, air conditioning, mini fridge, double bed and wardrobe. There is no jacuzzi and sea view, it has a window overlooking the garden…
All rooms have double beds…
In the living room, there is a three-person chester sofa and two armchairs and a dining table for 6 people with nesting tables. There is also a common area wc and washbasin.
The kitchen is open concept… All white goods are bosch brand… In the kitchen, Turkish coffee machine, toaster, filter coffee machine, tea machine, toaster, water heater etc….
There is an original table tennis table made of glass on the upper terrace. We have flower and afforestation areas on our upper terrace.
Our pool has a jacuzzi, is 4 meters wide, 10 meters long and is a ‘salt pool’…
Our private shuttered car parking is available in both villas…
There is a camera system around the villas …
Wifi is available exclusively in each villa
Duty Mgr between 9 am and 6 pm at the service of our villa customers to meet their needs (market, greengrocer, butcher … etc.)
They have the right to take a taxi to Kalkan bazaar twice a day for each villa (free of charge)
There is also a safe box in our rooms….
