PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Villa Kevic is a beautifully modern furnished four double bedroom villa with a private pool and a truly stunning location with spectacular views. The Villa is perfectly situated in the heart of Kalkan Old Town, just a one-minute stroll into the very centre of Kalkan where all shops, cafes and fabulous restaurants are located. The beach and harbour are just a few minutes further down the hill.

Ground floor:

The modern fully equipped kitchen has plenty of tableware, cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, fresh water dispenser. We make sure the basics like salt, pepper, tea, coffee, fresh drinking water, washing up liquid and bin bags etc are provided so you can get straight on with your holiday.

There is a modern dining table with bench seats near the kitchen for indoor dining and this separates the kitchen from the fabulous spacious comfortable lounge area with fast Wifi and TV. There is air conditioning for the lounge and ground floor.

We have ensured that there is ample seating space for eight guests in the Villa and there are very comfortable settees and lounge chairs. There are fabulous views from the Lounge windows over to the sea.

First floor:

On the first floor of the villa is the master bedroom with king size bed, two balconies with incredible views and large modernen-suite bathroom.There are also large built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom has two single beds (can be pushed together into 1bed) and en-suite bathroom. There is also ample wardrobe and storage space.

All bedrooms have air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer heat. A hairdryer, pool and bath towels are provided for you during your stay.

Your bedding will be changed weekly should you stay for two weeks in the

Villa.Second floor:

On the second floor of the villa is another spacious master bedroom with king size bed, two balconies and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom.

Sleeping 8 people comfortably, we also have an additional child size mattress that can be used in one of the 2 bedrooms if you require to accommodate an additional little one.

Third Floor:

At the top of the Villa there is a fabulous roof terrace with a large eight seater table with simply breathtaking views over Kalkanharbour. There is a small kitchenette area with dishwasher and a toilet and washroom.

Outdoor areas:

The outside area features a crystal clear private pool with  6/8comfortable sun loungers,lounge area, umbrellas, dining area and BBQ. There is also a pool table for use by Guests. Villa Kevic has breath-taking sea views from both the pool area, the roof terrace and every balcony.
