Villa Koybal, located in the Kalkan Islamlar Region, was completed in 2014 and is a conservative villa for 2 people. Featuring a simple and designed architecture, Villa Koybal features a spacious hall with modern design, a bedroom and a jacuzzi inside the room. Villa Kobay offers its guests luxury with its panoramic nature view. You can choose Villa Büşra, which is 3 minutes away, to come with groups of friends.

Hall: There is a seating group, air conditioning, TV, coffee table in the simple design hall. Exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen of Villa Koybal has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, toaster, dining table, cutlery and cookware, pots and pans, cups.

Bedroom: Double suite bedroom, air conditioner, jacuzzi, indoor pool, nightstand, armchair, wardrobe, bathroom and sink are available and there is a transition from the bedroom to the pool.

Pool and Garden: Pool dimensions are 10m x 4.5m depth and 1.50m. The pool terrace is sheltered and not visible from the outside. There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, sun umbrella, dining table, sitting group and stone barbecue in the garden.

External pool heated system is available. Our guests who want to use as a heated pool should report at least 3 days before their stay. The pool heating fee calculated during the day to stay is 150 TL.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: The new guest check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time 10.00 in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will prepare the villas carefully for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
