3. Bedroom: It is a young bedroom with 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a make-up table, a bathroom and a toilet. The bedroom is in the attic and has sea-nature view.
Air conditioning is standard in all bedrooms and living rooms.
Pool: There is a private swimming pool of 8.5 m x 4 m, depth 1.6 m in the garden.
Kitchen: There is a modern American kitchen with sea and nature views in Villa Ihlara. In the kitchen, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, 4-stove, pots and pans, 8-person dinner set, cutlery, There are tea, coffee and water glasses.
Garden: The large garden of the villa includes a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, garden dining table, chairs and a barbecue.
Important notes:
– There is a free wi-fi connection throughout the villa.
– The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean way. Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned. Garden-pool maintenance and cleaning is done every day of the week. There are clean bed linen and towel sets in the bedrooms.
– Electricity, water, gas, internet charges are included in the prices and no additional charges are required for these uses. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cook, etc. services are not included in the prices and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our relevant personnel.
Rentals Terms
A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and 8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
