PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Villa Orange is just above the Kalamar Road a spacious property which has been furnished in a contemporary style and the centre of Kalkan town is only a 10-12 minute walk away with a supermarket and cafes nearby.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
The entrance door leads into a hallway with an understairs cloakroom. Double wooden doors open onto an open plan living area which is comfortably furnished with two sofas and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table. An enclosed wood burner and a wall mounted Smart TV can also be found in the living area and sliding doors give access to the pool terrace.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob and extractor fan, coffee machine, sandwich toaster and kettle.
Next to the kitchen is a dining table that comfortably seats 6 people and sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.
First floor:
There are two bedrooms on this level; the first is a double room with dressing table, wardrobe and wall mounted TV plus an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to the shared covered balcony overlooking the pool and garden below.
The second bedroom is a spacious twin room with dressing table, wardrobe and wall mounted TV plus an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to the shared covered balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a small side table.
Second floor:
Beneath high eaves, the master bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe and wall mounted TV plus an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors give access to the villa’s roof terrace which has a Jacuzzi bathtub and two chairs with a side table. From this level, views of the mountains behind the villa can be enjoyed.
Outside the villa:
The villa has a beautiful marble clad pool with integral steps for access. The pool terrace is accessed up 4 steps leading to a covered area with 6 sun loungers. The lower garden has a seating set and outside shower.
Points to note:
- The villa has complimentary WiFi connection
- The villa is fully air-conditioned
- A welcome pack is provided on arrival
- Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
- Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis, so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change
- A cot and high-chair can be provided on request (please bring your own bedding for the cot)
