Villa Panorama1 is our semi sheltered 5 Bed villa with private pool located in Kalamar, Kalkan. Ideal for large groups of friends and families, our villa has a comfortable and cozy interior design. Since it is in Kalkan and close to the sea, it is located in a peaceful location and close to your daily needs.

The Villa offers an amazing view with 5 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the top floor with 1 single bed.

A very modern and comfortable feel with great decor.

The Villa offers a Salt pool and heated if needed at an extra charge per day,  jacuzzi, games rooms and ample space for a large family or friends group to enjoy.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £350 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
