Villa Sahin is set in its own secluded grounds, with private drive and amazing panoramic views over Patara Beach to the left and mouse and snake islands down to the right.  Incredible sunsets and light breezes create a lovely space to be.

Islmalar village is about 1.5km away, easily walkable and has meze and trout restaurants, although these are basic and more like cafes

On Lycian way for walking and close to fabulous ancient architectural sites, including Roman aqueduct, Patara, Xanthos, Letoon and sunken city at Kekova

40 minute drive to Kas and a short trip to the Greek Island of Castellorizo

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £500 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
