Our villa, which was built in 2007 in Kalkan town Kışla location and opened for tourism purposes in 2008, is 150 meters from the sea; It is a triplex villa consisting of 3 specially designed bedrooms and 1 large living room. It has sea and nature views, a private garden, a total usage area of 225 square meters, spread over 3 floors, a private swimming pool, indoor and outdoor parking.

It has a total of 6+2 accommodation capacity.

Terrace:

Large on the pool floor; It has a terrace overlooking the whole view of Kalkan and the sea; In addition, a separate section used as a sun terrace by the pool and a private garden with barbecue are also open to our guests. Table and chair group for 6 people, 4 poolside sun loungers, barbecue, 2 large parasols, outdoor shower behind the villa, private swimming pool (7.5 m x 3.5 m, 1.7 m depth) are among the other features of our terrace. The pool is open throughout the season. The season period is between 1 May and 29 October.

Kitchen:

On the ground floor of our villa, there is an open studio kitchen with a modern design and wooden design. In the kitchen, there is a dinner set for 10 people, pans, pots, glasses, cutlery, as well as white goods as a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, 4-burner stove ( built-in), and kettle (Electric water heater) and electrical household appliances group.

Living Room:

In the hall located on the pool floor with sea and nature views; There is a seating group, satellite TV, DVD player, air conditioning, 6-person dining table set and an exit door from the living room to the terrace.

Bedrooms:

Large family bedroom on the 2nd floor of our villa; On the 3rd floor, there is a family bedroom and 1 children’s room. Each room has its own private bathroom + WC with a modern design. All of our rooms have sea and Kalkan views.

Every morning, pool cleaning and spraying are carried out by the service staff of the villa owner, included in the price. Bed linen is changed whenever you wish, and house cleaning service is provided every 3 days by the service personnel that you can reach 24 hours a day.

Special Information:

There is 24-hour solar energy and hot water use, and in case of any interruption, uninterrupted service is provided with the hydrophore system specially installed in the villa. In addition, special kitchen staff upon the demands of our customers; Guidance service for sightseeing trips and babysitter service for child care are also provided by our company.
