SIMENA VILLA (City Center)
Villa Simena is one of our very special holiday villas not only with it’s quality of design and furnishing, but also with its location. Only 300 meters, flat-walk to the town centre and 50 meters to amenities.
The interior and exterior spaces have been recently cosmetically updated by the owners to ensure that guests have a luxury experience.
This gorgeous holiday villa offers luxuries like jacuzzi bath with panoramic window, large wooden decking balconies and part of pool terrace, very big central island and breakfast bar in the main kitchen, a second lounge with kitchenette on the pool floor.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers spacious accommodation for up to 8 guests in four ensuite bedrooms.
WiFi internet connection is provided.
Bathroom towels/pool towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then a mid-stay clean and linen change is included (if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Ground (Entrance) Floor: Main open-plan lounge with modern fire place and L- shaped sofa design and decorated with amazing tropical wallpaper. A modern spectacular kitchen opening onto a wooden decking, partial-sea view balcony plus a stylish BBQ and is furnished with table and chairs.
Utility room:Modern fully fitted kitchen with all appliances including fridge freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and washing machine, filter coffee machine, Turkish coffee maker, toaster, toast machine, blender, teapot, tea machine ,citrus juicing machine, mixer, highchairs, lots of cupboard space and also has a large balcony overlooks the pool & partial sea view.

Pool Floor:Large open-plan lounge with kitchenette.
The pool terrace is also home to a shaded al-fresco dining area and plenty of sun-loungers, parasols and comfortable seating surrounded by banana trees.
This stylish floor is equipped with bar area (with mini-fridge & sink) and a comfortable seating set.
Pool size is approximately 8 metres x 4 metres x 0.25 metres – 1.75 metres deep). The large glass sliding doors open onto the fabulous pool area and garden .
Drier, washing machine, ironing board and iron can be found in a cupboard on the landing.

Double bedroom en-suite shower facilities + WC,decorated with tropical wallpapers has pool view. Bedroom has direct access to the villa’s pool terrace.

Large bedroom en-suite shower facilities + WC has 2 double beds separated by segmented stylish wooden separator.

Master Bedroom 3
Huge Master double bedroom features large-size bed, with stylish jacuzzi bath which has fabulous views, en-suite shower room with double sinks, WC (including a safe, hairdryer.), a large walk-in wardrobe room, flatscreen TV and a wooden decking balcony which is furnished with sun loungers and stylish swing. Room has a better partial sea view.
Luxurious linens and fluffy towels compliment the comfy beds and splendid walk in shower room.

Attic Floor Bedroom 4
On the upper floor is the second, attic style bedroom with double bed (limited ceiling height in some areas), an en-suite shower/WC.
There is direct access to a large sun –bathing roof terrace with amazing view of Kalkan Bay.
The views from this level are truly stunning so it’s the perfect place to enjoy a pre-dinner drink before heading off into town or a meal.
