Villa Waterfall I is a striking building positioned at the top of Kalkan in the Kızıltaş area. The villa was named owing to the waterfall feature that has been incorporated into its design; flowing water cascades from the roof terrace down to the ground floor where it meets the large infinity pool.

The interior of the villa is open-plan, light and spacious. The open-plan living room and kitchen on the ground floor are flooded by light from a double-storey window which frames the view over the pool terrace perfectly.

Large sliding doors open out onto a spacious pool terrace with an infinity pool. This terrace is ideal for enjoying a BBQ with wonderful sea and mountain views and ample space is provided for dining, soaking up the sun or lounging on the swing chair.

The villa has 5 en-suite bedrooms, one on the ground floor and four on the upper floors. A sweeping marble and iron spiral staircase connects the upper floors to the ground floor level.
