You can have a pleasant holiday in Villa Yucca, Patara, which has been completely renovated in 2020 with its pleasant furniture. It is a 2 bedroom holiday villa. It is 3 km from Patara Beach.
Kitchen: The spacious and bright American kitchen has a refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking sets, kitchen equipment and 8-person dinner set.
Living Room: The living room with pool and sea view has a sofa set, dining table for 4 people, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. There is a large glass sliding door that can be accessed from the living room to the pool terrace.
1st Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and Jakuzzi. It has a nature view.
2nd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. It has a nature view.
Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters, 1.60 meters deep.
Rentals Terms
A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and 8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
