Great 3 Bed Villa……

Kalamar Villa is a 3 bedroom luxury high-quality villa located in Kalamar bay and offering some of the most stunning views in Kalkan. The villa boasts luxurious features such as a pool Jacuzzi, infinity pool, roof terrace Jacuzzi, marble floors and stairs and Siemens fitted kitchen.

The villa has a private garage located at the bottom of steps leading up to the pool terrace and entrance to the villa. The pool terrace boasts an infinity pool and Jacuzzi (that can be used as a children’s pool) that offer incredible sea views. There is also an outside shower. The pool has six sun loungers, three parasols and a large pergola covered dining table with six chairs.

The entrance to the villa leads to a large open plan living/dining and kitchen area with floor to ceiling windows and door leading to the pool terrace with breathtaking views of the pool and Kalamar bay. The living area is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, large circular table, large office desk, flat screen satellite TV and HIFI. There is also a dining area with a large dining table and seating for six. The Siemens-fitted kitchen has an oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. A separate utility room has a washing machine, dryer and ample storage space. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor with WC and sink.

Marble stairs lead up to the first floor. At the top of the stairs is a door leading to an outside seating are with L-shaped sofa and table. This area can also be accessed from stairs leading up from the garden area. There are two large bedrooms on this floor. The twin room is furnished with two twin beds, bedside table, and a built in floor to ceiling wardrobe. Floor to ceiling windows and door provide stunning sea views and the door leads to a private balcony. The marble en-suite bathroom has WC, sink and large shower. The double bedroom has a double bed, two bedside table, floor to ceiling wardrobe and a vanity table. Floor to ceiling windows and door provide stunning sea views and the door leads to a private L-shaped balcony. The marble en-suite bathroom has a sink, WC and large shower.

Marble stairs lead to the second floor. At the top of the stairs is a storage room with boiler. The master bedroom on this floor is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and a floor to ceiling wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom has a WC, sink and large shower. The room has floor to ceiling windows and a door that leads to the private roof terrace with Jacuzzi and two chairs to sit back, relax and enjoy the view.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
