Beautifully designed house which offers indoors and outdoors experience at ultimate comfort. Villa Harika is a large villa in every respect – it has five en-suite bedrooms, a very large infinity swimming pool, and large gardens/terraces surrounding the villa, well-equipped with outdoor furnitures, barbecue, sunbeds and parasols. The villa is located only 300 meters to the town centre – a short walk down to all shops, restaurants etc.

Each of the five bedrooms have en-suite bath/shower rooms, one of which includes a jaccuzi experience. Two of the rooms have super king-size beds, a further two bedrooms have two super singles, and the fifth room has a double bed, enabling 10 people to comfortably stay in the villa. The two bedrooms on the first floor (a double and a twin) have french windows which slide open, to enable you to experience an amazing view of Kalkan harbour and the bay. The other three bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have direct access to garden with a comfortable seating area. One of the these bedrooms is an annexed double bedroom with separate access from the garden. The utility room is also on the ground floor.

The pool level offers a large living room with two luxury sofas, coffee table, dimmer-switch lighting, a large screen Tv, Dvd player, digibox (sports, news etc), and a sound system with amplifier and ipod/ipad connection. The sound system also extends to the pool terrace. Off the lounge is a well-stocked kitchen/dining room, with all the equipment necessary for you and your party to enjoy your stay. Both kitchen and lounge open onto the pool terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass doors.

The outdoor experience is amazing. A large infinity pool fronts onto a stunning view over the Kalkan bay. There are 8 luxury sunbeds, side tables and a number of parasols available on the terrace. A large outdoor marble dining table is alco placed on the terrace, ensuring glorious views. To the side of the villa is a cool, often shaded area, which incorporates an outdoor kitchen, comprising a BBQ, an outdoor fridge and a marble work surface. There is also a large soft seating area and coffee table to provide another spot in which to relax. Outdoor lighting lights up the terrace and gardens at night.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout and Wi-Fi is also available included in the price. Beach towels are provided along with bath towels and fresh linen. The villa receives a complete cleaning once a week.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
