Villa Joy is a 4 bedroom villa suitable for 8 people just off the Kalamar Road, and an easy 10 minute walk into town or to Kalamar Bay.
Locally, restaurants such as Porcini, Brothers, Aqua, and the new hotel Payava are all within a short walk. There are three supermarkets within 0.5km and the famous hammam at the hotel Elixir is just a few steps away. The location is perfect to easily access the best of what Kalkan has to offer.
Villa Joy has been recently refurbished with the addition of a new kitchen in 2021. The villa spans three floors with bedrooms that are large, light and airy with large windows or a balcony terrace (Two doubles and two twin rooms each with own shower/wet room).
It is the outside space that really appealed to us. The entrance gate to Villa Joy opens up on to a large, beautifully planted terrace, with a large pool (11.5m x 4m with steps for easy access and pool heating, if needed in the cooler months) with an adjacent relaxing whirlpool, but there are also lots of additional spaces to sunbathe, enjoy al fresco dining (there is a stone BBQ), enjoy the views across both Kalkan and Kalamar bays, watch the sunset, play table tennis or read quietly in the shade. We spend most of our time outside when we are on holiday and this really works with our large family or a holiday with friends.
We have furnished Villa Joy with light and bright soft furnishings with splashes of colour from artworks by local artists.
The open plan living area also makes good use of space and provides a TV, games console with a selection of games, and Apple TV to allow streaming. USB points are in all rooms and we provide complimentary internet. For your security, there is an alarm system and also two safes to secure your valuables.

Rentals Terms
A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and 8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
