Villa Beyli Han
Our elegant villa is built from local marble and stone. The large well-equipped kitchen is open-plan style, with French windows onto the terrace, overlooking the Mediterranean. The sitting room has large French windows, opening onto a terrace with a built in local stone BBQ, pool, table tennis table and 6 comfortable sun loungers.
On the first floor: a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a further double bedroom with ensuite shower room both these rooms have the AMAZING sea views. Two further twin bedded rooms both with ensuite shower rooms. On the top floor there is one double bed and one twin room sharing a shower room. Both these bedrooms have private terraces one with an outside shower.

The Villa is locally managed by an excellent team of 6. Linen, bath & beach towels provided. Linen changed twice a week. Rubbish removed daily. Pool service everyday. Bread and water delivered (at extra cost). |
Appartment Beyli
Accessed via a separate stone staircase is an apartment under Beyli Han built into the rocks. The apartment sleeps 5. A twin bedded room and a triple room. Both rooms have ensuite shower rooms finished to the same standard as the villa.
There is a well equipped open plan kitchen and sitting room. The apartment enjoys similar views to the villa.
BBQ Service
For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service. To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.
If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you. This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.

Rentals Terms
A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and 8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
